An active user is someone who logs at least one evidence item (kindness, volunteer, donation, or wellbeing survey) in a given month. Inactive users don't count toward your billing.
Yes! Annual plans receive a 2-month discount. For example, the Growth plan is €10/month when billed monthly, or €8/month when billed annually (€96/year per user).
